The Mepilex Border Flex family has been designed with gentle adhesion in mind. 

All Mepilex dressings feature Safetac^®, a soft silicone contact layer that reduces pain and damage to skin by not stripping the skin upon removal.  Safetac^® 'tacs' gently to dry skin and minimises pain and damage when the time comes to remove the dressing unlike traditional adhesive dressings.

The Mepilex^® Border Flex family of dressings are designed to offer a solution at every stage of the wound healing journey regardless of how long that journey may be.  Thanks to the innovative Flex Cut Technology, all Mepilex Border Flex dressings are designed to conform to the contours of a body and stay on.  By reducing pressure on the skin and the 'pull' on the edges of the dressing, comfort is increased and the risk of the dressing coming off is reduced.  We've also designed a dressing which is water resistant so you can have a shower and get on with life.
